This software is developed based on the Micro VBA in Microsoft Visio for statistical simulation of processes. This is really simple and comfortable application, and you easily can draw your desired processes in the Microsoft Visio, then you need to add data for each shape.
For doing so, you need to drew your desired process by copy-past of current available shapes. After that, it is needed to add statistical data for each shape. For example, for start of process, you need to add the average of incoming entities into the process (average should be based on the exponential distribution). For activities, you need to add average and standard division of time for that activity (based on Normal distribution) as well as the cost of doing that. For decision boxes, you need to add the probability of acceptance (it is assumed the Bernoulli distribution and you have to add just yes or no on the out coming arrows of decision box).
After you construct you process and add data to it, you can simply run the process by pushing the provided button. And, you need to enter a time value which is based on the minute and it’s a simulation time. It should be noted that, this time value is means hours in the real world, for example, if you enter a value of in the box and enter it, then simulation will be run for 2 minutes and it is assumed the process has been run for 2 hours in the real world.
After the simulation is done, you can see the simulation results in the bottom of the process (in the provided boxes) as well as in the shape data for each shape.
This software is developed to be used for simple and small process, however, it is a good software for using it in the real world for exploring a complex and big process by simplifying and breaking them into the smaller process. Since there is no password in this software, so you can use this software for learning simulation and coding it in the VBA and other programming languages.
