This software is developed for Track and manage assets in organizations, companies, offices, or individuals. By using this software, you are able to submit, maintain and track all your assets information. In general, this includes, asset data, suppliers, person who is responsible for this asset, the utilization center, maintenance operations, insurances, warranties and repair centers.
The main user form in this software is the “Asset Form”, which is the place that users can define new assets and update previous ones. This form has following sections.
Asset information (for track and manage company assets)
information this section includes: Asset code, Asset title, Asset description, current status, status start date, and purchase date.
The person who use this asset, or who is responsible for its safety can be defined in this section. If you managing a company asset this person could be the employee who is using an asset. This section includes: Employee Id, name and contact information.
The utilization center is the place that a specific asset is there. This section includes: Utilization center title, Address, environmental condition. Also, you are able to define the asset specific environmental condition in this section.
In this section you are able to define and manage all insurances related to a specific asset. This section includes: Insurance number, title, description, validity date as well as the information of company who issued this insurance (name, address and contact information)
In this section you are able to define and manage all warranties related to a specific asset. This section includes: Warranty number, title, description, validity date as well as the information of company who supports this warranty (name, address and contact information)
When an asset damaged and needs to be repaired, we need to contact its well-known repair center, which can be lots of companies. In this section you are able to define all companies that are able to repair one specific asset as well as describe their customer services. This section includes: Repair center name, contact information, address, and note about this center.
Most assets need periodical maintenance. So that, in this section you are able to define and manage all kind of operations that need to be done in a periodical manner. This section includes: Operation title, description, technical description, period. Also you can assign an individual (or a company) that is responsible for do each operation (their personal ID, name and contact information)
In this section you can manage the purchase data. This section includes: invoice number, supplier name, contact information, address and note to supplier.
All data that are submitted in the asset form will placed in their own related tables. In this software we define a table for each section as well as one table for each company or person information. All tables can be easily viewed and data can be edited and also user can generate own report by them.
This software contains following form for which users be able to see all asset related to each section of asset form.
By entering the employee ID (the person who is in charge of asset) in this form, users can see all assets that are in hand of this specific employee.

By entering the maintainer ID (the person or company who is in charge to do the periodical maintenance) you are able to see all operation and their relative periodical operations that should be done by this person.

By entering the utilization center title (the place which assets are placed there) you are able to see all assets that are placed in this center.

This software is developed in Microsoft Excel by using VBA programming in Macros. Since this software is developed in Microsoft Excel, users can use all Excel tools. Also, there is no restriction or password in this software.
