Manage Works in Excel – Hourly project works


This Excel file help you to record all your tasks and work time data as well as getting report of works, in order to manage your performance and revenue in better way. This software is developed in Microsoft Excel based on Macro (VBA programming), so it’s really easy to use and can be manipulated as you need (because it’s just excels).

If you work as freelancer, or you have a lots of projects works, or even you work in an organization and want to see what works you doing per days, you need to record times you spent on each project as well as task you done for each of them, in order to calculate your revenue, how much each project was profitable, when to get payed, analyze your performance, organize your and so on. For doing all of these, Microsoft Excel is a really good and handful tool, which most of freelancers use it for records their works.

In this reason, we developed an Excel file to help you to record all your projects, tasks and time data as well as getting easily a report from works that has been done. This software is developed based on the in Microsoft Excel by using VBA programming and Macros, and there is no password or restriction on it.

In this Excel file, you are able to enter each person information, whom works for in the project, each company and employer information, each project and tasks information, revenue and date information.

After you entered the data, you can submit it into the database by using a “Submit” button.

You can go to the “Report” sheet, to see your performance, revenue and much more things to gain insight of your works and get payed based on your works you done.

Also you can create all kind of report based on this Data table, because it’s just a Excel, it’s really easy to use and there are lots of capabilities included in that for you to be able to manage your work in conventional way.
